If you do not want to visit the wonderful villages and sites around, then you will love the wildlife, fresh air and beautiful countryside. The house is packed with information on where to spend your days out but wherever you go you will surely wish to hurry back to the house and, of course, the pool. Design & Lay-out

We positioned our single storey property on a gentle slope and designed it to take full advantage of the sunny open aspect and views. Three sets of double doors all lead onto a large terrace. An electrically operated remote blind provides shade over a lovely spot for outdoor meals. To keep the interior cool there are shutters and tiled floors throughout.

Living

Our spacious living room combines a dining area with a large dining table which seats 6 easily and contains comfortable chairs for everyone in which to relax when indoors. If you want them there are mod cons in abundance, TV (French and English), DVD, CD player, Video etc..

The three bedrooms are large enough to accommodate 6 sleeping in comfort. One double with a king size bed and en suite and two twin bedded rooms are all furnished with enough space for your storage
requirements. There should be no queuing for the bathroom as in addition to the en suite bathroom there are two more, one with a bath and shower and one with an additional cubicle shower.

Outside

The main feature on the gently sloping plot is the large saltwater pool and its generous terraced area. For safety reasons a fence surrounds it. The saltwater pool is as inviting as it looks and has none of that odorous drying effect that chlorine can give but is just as hygienic. At 11 ½ metres long it means you can have a worthwhile swim if it takes your fancy or if you are not so keen just dip in the shallow end - one third of the pool is just under 1 metre deep. It is for your exclusive use and the pool lights facilitate a floodlit dip if you wish.
